The Change We Need…or Already Had?

Dec 4, 2008

Not that it’s surprising, but the Obama administration is looking a lot like the Clinton third term.

“As President-elect Obama forms his administration, he’s including a lot of familiar faces. Many of Obama’s picks—for his transition team, his staff, and his Cabinet—are people who worked in the Clinton administration. Where else is a Democratic president going to find people with executive branch experience?” Slate.com…read more

The change we needed or the change we had? Quoting the main term from this years election: “We Can’t Afford More of the Same.”

For the sake of our Country I hope that Obama won’t be a terrible president. I will pray for him, along with all the other leaders in office. I ask for you to do the same. But if Obama does what he promised to do, it won’t be good for our Nation. We will find out that socialism doesn’t work. I hear the sound of unimpoyment for the demcraticly controlled Congress and Senate. Get ready for 2010!

Well, it’s actually looking like a third term of George W. Bush! You know, that guy that won Obama the election? About half of Obama’s foreign policy appointments agree at least somewhat with President Bush on the war. Especially Robert Gates, that’s huge. And yeah, Change was so 2008.
